Final Stretch Yoga was a yoga studio in London that promoted yoga for athletes. The teacher, Lindsay Rodgers, teaches professional athletes to prevent sports-related injuries and enhance performance.

For this project, we wanted to focus on sport-centred yoga training. Yoga that is contradictory to an emotional or lifestyle practice.

I used the images of Lindsay in various poses to create a contact sheet-style layout. This formed the backbone of the brand's aesthetic. The logo was designed to resemble this no-nonsense ideology and is a play on the flexibility that yoga affords.

Adhering to this brief, we created a simplified brand that will appeal not only to athletes but also to the general public looking for a type of yoga practice that will eliminate emotional fussiness.
