This project was a research paper for a client that is considering opening a boutique hotel in the holiday destination of Sitges in Spain.

The presentation that I prepared, started with aspects to consider for opening hotels, investigated the local opportunity in terms of property, suggestions in terms of services provided and culminated in two possible options of interior styles.
