Final Stretch Yoga is a yoga studio in London that promotes yoga for athletes. The teacher, Lindsay Rodgers, teaches professional athletes to prevent sports-related injuries and enhance performance.

For this project, we wanted to focus on sport-centred yoga training. Yoga that is contradictory to an emotional or lifestyle practice.

I used the images of Lindsay in various poses to create something similar to photography contact sheets. This formed the backbone of the brand's aesthetic. The logo was created to resemble this no-nonsense ideology and is a play on the flexibility that yoga affords.

Adhering to this brief, we created a simplified brand that will appeal not only to athletes but all members of the public that is looking for a type of yoga practice that will eliminate emotional fussiness.
